Early Riveted steel planter/umbrella stand

A galvanised planter in unusual proportions.
Possibly made by a Worker for home use.
original fitted handles on opposing sides.

Superb condition with patinated surface, no damage to the base.

Will hold water, with also drain hole above base level.
